Our workshops and wellbeing programs combine psychoeducation, guided skills practice, and thoughtfully designed workbooks to support mental health and personal growth.
Each offering blends evidence-based strategies with accessible learning materials to help participants deepen self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and apply practical tools in everyday life.
Whether delivered in group settings or organisational environments, these programs foster meaningful and sustained wellbeing.

Unhook & Rewire is a 2 hour, 10-week workshop designed to help you break free from anxiety loops and build healthier mental habits.
Grounded in neuroscience, mindfulness, and self-compassion, this course teaches practical tools for calming your nervous system, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and creating lasting emotional resilience.
Each session combines psychoeducation, guided practices, and supportive group discussion. Ideal for adults experiencing worry, overthinking, or overwhelm. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn, reflect, and grow.

Regulate, Reflect, and Rewire is a 2 hour, 10-week clinical skills workshop designed to support women with ADHD in building emotional regulation, self-awareness, and practical tools for daily life.
This program offers a compassionate and structured approach to managing overwhelm, improving focus, and fostering self-acceptance.
Ideal for women seeking greater clarity, balance, and confidence in navigating life with ADHD.

Connected and Understood is a 10-week therapeutic workshop for couples who want to strengthen emotional safety, deepen connection, and transform unhelpful relationship patterns.
Drawing on Schema Therapy and the Gottman Method, this program helps partners explore core emotional needs, improve communication, and navigate conflict more constructively. Through guided exercises, psychoeducation, and reflective dialogue, couples learn to heal relational wounds, build trust, and foster lasting intimacy.
Suitable for couples experiencing disconnection, high conflict, or those simply wanting to grow closer, the workshop runs in small groups (4–6 couples) over 2-hour weekly sessions, in a safe and supportive environment.
